THE COMPANY:

We are advertising on behalf of a long standing and well respected housebuilder based near Luton.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Housing Surveyor for their developments in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.

THE ROLE:

As Assistant Housing Surveyor you will be responsible for regular site measurement of subcontractors, cost control including valuation and reconciliation's and other surveying duties.

Assistance with obtaining ongoing further qualifications will be provided including day release, if required.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this excellent career opportunity you will need to have previous experience of working within a similar position within the industry as well as possessing relevant surveying qualifications.

Due to the nature of the role you will also need to hold a full, clean driving licence.
