Assistant Financial Accountant

Our client is a major Blue Chip organisation with interests across multiple industries and a track record of success and excellence.

They're seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to join them on a contract basis and based out of their Crawley location.

Candidates will need to have strong MS Excel expertise and be confident communicators with a high attention to detail.

Any experience of working on SAP or Oracle Accounting systems would prove advantageous but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

*Production of Month End accruals & prepayments
*Assist in the implementation of the new month end on hold reporting system
*Preparation of Balance Sheet Checklists & reconciliation's
*Support the analysis & submission of data for VAT Reporting (Input & Output)
*Client interface - Internal & External contact
*Ad hoc tasks requested by GL Operations Manager
