Assistant Finance Manager Role

This role is a Mortgage Finance based role, which is involved with the retail function of the bank. This is a Business as Usual assignment. This will be based on the Mortgages Business Unit which also involves a number of products that our client sells with the mortgages such as Income reports and Home Insurance. The candidate will be involved with monthly reporting and reconciliations. There will be a number of Journals to complete with tight deadlines. There are also a number of MI reports that will need to be completed. There will be a number of monthly meetings where the candidate will have to liaise with other departments for the commercial aspects. This is initially a 3 month contract but is more likely to be a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have done accounting and would have worked in Financial Services.
