Assistant Finance Manager, Key Banking Client, Halifax, Up to £250.00 p/day

I would like to make you aware of an urgent requirement from our key banking client in Halifax, who are looking for a Assistant Finance Manager with strong IFRS 7 and Basel II reporting experience on a 2 month rolling contract due to increased work load paying up to £250 per day.

You will meet the following Assistant Finance Manager requirements:

Reporting

Deliver the monthly Effective Interest Rate results, ensuring engagement of key stakeholders (commercial, income management) are engaged and fully bought into the process.

Delivering IFRS 7 and Basel II reporting from a Finance perspective, working closely with Credit Risk.

Ensuring that all reporting processes and controls are carried out in accordance with the SOX compliant framework and documentation.

Qualified accountant

Ensuring that financial reporting processes subject to Sarbanes Oxley maintain up to date process documentation, and that the required change control documentation is completed as required.

Ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are completed within timelines, and that these reconciliations comply with GMS.
