Assistant Embedded systems & test engineer- Belgium.
We are looking for an experienced engineer for a freelance contract for a client in Belgium, who will provide hardware and software development and test support to the ASIC project team.
The candidate will perform a variety of tasks, relating to the design, implementation and test of special purpose electronic hardware and related software, helping develop test setups and supporting data analysis.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in computer or electrical engineering, and at least 2 years related experience in design, analysis and testing of Microcontroller/FPGA operated digital and analog electronics, as well as C programming and Labview.
Basic experience in FPC and PCB design and assembly is required, and any experience with mixed-signal ASIC interfacing, testing and debugging is a plus.
The freelance assignment is expected to last at least an initial period of 6 months. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Belgium.
