You will:
- Cover a wide remit in managing the contractual requirements for the effective commissioning of services and the post holder will apply experience and specialist knowledge of NHS contracting, including a full understanding of the NHS contractual framework and strong negotiating skills
- Require strong analytical skills and a questioning mindset, with an ability to see beyond the data to identify what is actually happening.
- Manage contract managers, information leads/analysts and work with finance managers to develop systems, tools and processes that provide intelligent information which informs the monitoring contracts and the financial evaluation of services.
- Have strong experience with QIPP
