I am currently looking for 2 Assistant Customer Experience Managers, to work in Gloucester on an initial 3 month contract, however likely to be extended as theres 12 months worth of work. The role is working for a large financial services company working within mortgages, so experience of a similar sector would be desirable
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working in a complaint/customer experience improvement environment
- Good stakeholder management
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience
- Financial services experience ideally mortgages
- Good planning, organisation and problem solving skills
