A leading retail bank based in London is seeking an Assistant Communications Manager to work. The role offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation. The client will consider candidates from a retail banking or investment banking background.

We're looking for an enthusiastic COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT to provide support to the senior communications manager. This person will help to deliver an internal communications campaign across a number of business areas impacted by the roll out out a new online banking platform. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their experience around change communications in a programme environment.

THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will organise frontline roadshows and live meets, help to research and write Intranet updates as well as produce managers briefing packs. They will also be responsible for carrying out communications measurement activities, through surveys and feedback forms and produce analysis of post communications acitivities. These will be used by the senior comms manager to help brief the business and plan future communications acitivities.This is a hands on, tactitical communications role and would suit someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and get on with the job.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE ROLE:

We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communications skills, they must be a self starter and ready to get stuck in. They must have passion to want to do a good job.They must have good stakeholder engagement skills as they will be dealing with a variety of people from all levels across the business.
