Assistant Call Center Manager

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Call Center Manager with proven experience within Contact centres, preferably within a customer service environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a truly global business as an integral part of the core management team, influencing the direction and success of this contract.

You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors working within a gaming environment.

Bachelor's degree,
Eexperience as a senior team manager in contact centres
Strong leadership skills / operations management
Fluency in English and French written/spoken language skills Benefits
