Assistant/Business Support wanted for our international client from the IT sector based in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Anticipating the needs of managers/team members and resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing the calendar, booking flights, facilities and equipment as well as processing expenses for multiple managers
- Moving quickly with the changing environment as well as staying up to date with the clients' latest products and services
- Providing strategic support for example evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues
- Performing professionally in a fast-paced environment while interacting with high-level executives
- Being organized and analytical besides possessing strong business judgment and communication skills
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years' experience in supporting at director or VP level in a PA capacity
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities of three different directors in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in communicating and collaborating with a diverse range of people across job functions
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
