My Bristol based client is seeking an Assistant Business Consultant/Human Resources Advisor/Human Resources Consultant for a 6 month contract.

The Assistant Business Consultant/Human Resources Advisor/Human Resources Consultant would be providing support to the HR Business Consultant in embedding changed and new HR processes and initiatives into the business.

Tasks for the Assistant Business Consultant/Human Resources Advisor/Human Resources Consultant:
* The move of recruitment to Civil Service Resourcing
* Ongoing talent management and succession planning activities
* Equality and Diversity
* Organisational design
* Workforce Planning

Essential Skills for the Assistant Business Consultant/Human Resources Advisor/Human Resources Consultant:
* Understanding of HR best practice, processes and associated legislation with a focus on resourcing (including recruitment and workforce planning).
* Delivery of succession planning and talent management processes, ideally in a geographically dispersed organisation
* Experience of identifying, communicating and engaging with a range of stakeholders, managing their expectations and balancing their competing needs.
* Experience of identifying root causes of issues/problems and; able to start developing appropriate solutions.

Desirable:
* CIPD qualification
