ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assistant Business Analysts will be required to work on the Certification and Conduct workstream, delivering defined pieces of analysis work within the workstream. This will include planning, analysing, defining and validating requirements for changes to business structures, operations and processes, policies and information systems affected by the change in regulations.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience in working in Regulatory Change Projects and in HR Processes Change, and associated IT systems and data.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Knowledge of Banking HR Policies and Processes, as well as Standards, Values and systems.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This role may require a limited amount of travel within the UK
