Assistant Brand Management (m/f)

-Recommending the attractiveness of new product opportunities based on factors like sales potential and financial attractiveness
-Leading regional and global packaging launch initiatives to support strategic product launch initiatives
-Assessing competitors' strengths, weaknesses, strategies and plans to recommend options to compete more effectively
-Support the execution of global marketing initiatives with the development of communication materials targeted to customers
-Leveraging analyses to update management on the business
-Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration and knowledge and ability to work in marketing, acquired through the courses within a Marketing specialization
-Special interest in Diabetes Care and serving patients with diabetes
-Leadership - demonstrate ability to lead projects, establish and deliver goals in a team or independent environment and work successfully with diverse team members while working within a fast-paced, changing environment
-Integrity - proven record of delivering results, fostering open and honest communication, preparing well-written communication and presenting information effectively
-Flexibility - evidence of partnering effectively and achieving results through influencing other team members
-Efficiency - exhibit strong analytical skills to make well-support fact-based recommendations based on in-depth quantitative analyses, sound problem-solving and decision-making
-Marketing or marketing-related work experience (such as advertising, media, internet marketing, medical marketing, public relations, market research, consumer promotions or new product development)
-Diabetes Care or Healthcare related work experience or knowledge will be a plus
-Excel and PowerPoint expertise
