We are looking for an accounts assistant to work on a long term contract within a large government defence contractor. The ideal person will be part qualified accountant who has experience working with monthly financial reporting, preparing budgets and multi-year budgets.

Ability to drive and implement improvements
Ability to work to a high standard with minimal management
Drive and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude
Ability to communicate at all levels confidently with both finance and non-finance
Good MS Office skills
Good telephone manner
Highly IT literate
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to work well within a team
*Part Qualified Accountant (AAT equivalent minimum) CIMA/ACCA
