Assistant Accountant

Our client, a large Public Sector organisation currently seeks Interim support by way of an Assistant Accountant.

Suitable candidates MUST have Public Sector experience. It is also vital that applicants are comfortable working in a challenging environment; that ensures a very interesting role for the successful applicant.

Key duties;

*Closure and reconciliation of accounts
*Monthly forecasting and budget monitoring
*Analyse expenditure
*Preparation of monthly payroll
*Control of monitoring material usage and stock

The successful candidate will have public sector or social housing experience, Good knowledge of financial management including accounting and budgeting practices

The successful completion of this role will undoubtedly lead to further work on the current Public Sector market.
