Assets & Risk Analyst

A Fantastic new contract opportunity has arisen in North London, being one of the G15, our client is a major provider of Social Housing within country. Naturally our client offers a diverse range of housing options, including affordable renting, temporary accommodation, support, management & maintenance.

Contract Length: 9 Months

Contract Rate: £30 P/H

Contract Location: North London

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Treasury & Portfolio, you will be required to take responsibility for managing the Housing Associations Asset Base for Loan Security.

Your duties will include:

- Ensuring that loan security is pledged in a timely manner
- Ensuring the security portfolio is actively manage to facilitate the associations disposal programme
- Manage the associations interest rate swap mark to market risk
- Managing relations with banks, advisers, Trustees, solicitors and valuation surveyors

The successful applicant will:

- Benefit from a strong legal background, and preferably ILEX OR LPC qualified combined with a familiarity with Legal or Property Contract
- Experience of maintaining security asset records as well as ensuring appropriate systems are in place to maintain compliance
- The successful candidate will also be required to support the Corporate Finance Team in monitoring operational risk and carry out tasks as required, therefore the successful candidate must be proactive and flexible.
