- IT knowledge of Global Service Desks and Personal IT is a pre

Description of work:
- Activities per country/legal entity
- Determine PC scope
- Coordinate Country Asset Transfer Agreements (CATA)
- Arrange payments
- Educate countries on lease constructions
- Coordinate Country Service Agreements (CSA)
- Facilitate Gemini split
- Initiate Post Contract Verification (PCV)
