The Access Management department serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the
management of user access permissions.
Within the department, there are multiple work stream that :
- Ensure that the existing processes and tools are well maintained
- Ensure that the security architecture is successfully deployed in the organization

Function Description
The candidate will guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.
The mission of the IAM Asset Security Consultant is to define and promote the Asset Modelling (AM) frameworks for coordinating and planning a
service oriented approach:
- Assist and advice the Asset responsible and developers in defining logical
- Control a validate Business request in order to change security on assets according the Information Security Policy

The IAM Asset Security Consultant will have no direct people management responsibilities.

Education
Master (or equivalent by experience)

Certification
ITIL v3

Languages Requirement
French Fluent
Dutch or Fluent
English Fluent (second language has to be English)
The candidate must be able to write documents and have interactive meetings in English

Experience
o Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information Security
o Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects
o Good experience in writing business requirements and business cases

Technical Experience
Mandatory
o Experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
o Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
o Excellent experience with MS Excel and SQL requests

Preferable
o Expertise in MS Active Director, Websphere, Mainframe, Unix or Oracle

Business Experience
Mandatory
Minimum 1-2 years professional experience as business analyst
Experience working in cross-functional departments and teams (IST environment)

Preferable
Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry
