Asset Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile public sector client of ours, based in Bristol. The Asset Manager will be responsible for supporting land use planning, sustainability, and managing demands for a key area of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders
- Deliver performance efficiences through continuous improvement
- Support and help develop the bidding cycle

Key Skills and Experiences:

- Stakeholder engagement/management
- Knowledge of organisational delivery mechanisms for highway projects, and the techniques used for promoting schemes
- Competence in land use planning and associated legislation

Candidates will preferably have had experience of working in the transport sector.
