Asset Management Support Specialist Job

TELEMATICS OPEN ORDER MANAGEMENT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Eden Prairie, MN.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Telematics Open Order Management role is responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of activities including reviewing, analysing and maintenance of the open orders reports and tracking/follow-up, and other activities as required. This is a role that has interactions with internal/service teams, customers, installers, 3rd party vendors and other key functions.
- Review order reports (Device Status Report, Open Orders Report) for open orders requiring follow-up.
- Compare results to vehicle status reports to narrow the list.
- Subsequent follow-up via phone call or email (as appropriate based on SOP) to 1st Contacts, Upfitter(s), Network Fleet or Customer driver(s) to reconcile open orders to ensure installation of Telematics devices are completed and registration information is properly recorded.
- Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve & escalate issues across functions as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Four (4) plus years of experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Advanced Excel skills (able to work with reports containing large amounts of data, read & interpret reports, cross reference and do v-lookups),
- Good customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ideal candidate must be well organized, be able to multi-task and possess analytical skills.
- Basic Access skills an asset
