Asset Management Support

The Asset Management is responsible for managing the Training Learning + Performance (TL+P) website and driving collaboration with company markets. The role reports to the Learning Systems Platform Team and is accountable for building a community that leverages content, materials and best practices to drive business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management/Execution

- Management of the TL+P Intranet site and act as a point of contact for feedback
- To maintain the TL+P site on a daily basis
- Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to business partners eg the use of SharePoint
- Develop, implement, document, and define standard process management processes, templates and workflows
- Build infrastructure and foundation for internal and stakeholder communications via site
- Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for activism and community building.
- Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the TL+P Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Produce project estimates, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
- Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Ensuring project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and consistent with requirements and objectives by effectively managing schedule, scope, quality, risk and project resources
- Identifies development/resource gaps for the project execution and communicates them to Leadership Owner
- Strives to maintain an understanding of other technology and/or business initiatives outside of the current project plans to ensure alignment and integration where possible

People/Relationship Management/Communication

- Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among internal core working teams, eg, communications, creative services, and outside consultants to achieve maximum performance

Learning Technologies

- Understands the capabilities of the learning systems platform and provides support for the team

SKILLS

Must have a BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience. Interest in web development needed. Must have development experience using web authoring tools. Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to train at the small group level required. Must be a self-starter with strong self-management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Must be a creative thinker.
