Asset Management Functional Consultant - SAP PM

OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT PROCESS CONSULTANT (WITH BACKGROUND IN SAP PLANT MAINTENANCE) TO PROVIDE EXPERTISE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EAM SAP SOLUTION AND BE STRONG IN MANAGING END TO END ASSET MANAGEMENT RELATED PROCESSES.

Your duties:

- Development and review of a range of design deliverables including functional/business requirements and process
- Integration of EAM solution where appropriate with other elements of the overall program, including Back Office functions and also with EAM support systems (GIS, CAD)
- Working with technical teams to ensure appropriate design and technical strategies are identified
- Provide direction, guidance and input into project design decisions
- Work closely with the subject matter experts from across the transport agencies in the assessment of standard processes, including gap analysis and impact assessment

Your background:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant Asset Management experience in highly regulated industries or sectors
- Extensive experience in process solution work in SAP PM in large ERP implementations
- Broad subject matter knowledge covering at least both fixed and mobile plant
- Deep understanding of cross functional integration point issues eg MM/DocMgt/MDM
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing business process design recommendations and changes with a high level of analytical and problem solving capability
- Ability to liaise with and influence key business stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
