My client, major Financial organisation based in Brussels is currently looking for an IT professional that will handle one of their strategic application

AS CRD APPLICATION OWNER YOU WILL RESIDE AT THE UNIT WORKING ON ORDER MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE SERVER SOLUTIONS.

YOU WILL CONSOLIDATE, ANALYSE, PROPOSE SOLUTIONS AND IMPLEMENT BUSINESS REQUESTS.

YOU WILL PARTICIPATE ACTIVELY IN THE REALIZATION, INCLUDING ANALYSIS AND PROGRAMMING, AND FOLLOW UP WITH THE TEAM ALL REALIZATIONS.

YOU WILL TEST AND COORDINATE USER TESTING OF THE REALIZED SOLUTIONS.

YOU WILL ALSO SUPPORT OUR USERS IN THEIR DAILY USE OF THE SYSTEMS

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFILE WITH A GOOD TECHNICAL BACKGROUND, ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE APPLICATION (CRD) AND ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE BY PROGRAMMING (C# OR C++ OR JAVA EXPERIENCE).

BESIDES THIS THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE A STRONG INTEREST KNOW HOW IN THE FUNCTIONAL AREA TO BE OR EVOLVE TO A GOOD ANALYST.

FINALLY ORGANIZATIONAL AND COORDINATION SKILLS COULD BE AN ASSET TO HAVE A MORE LEADING ROLE IN THE TEAM ON SPECIFIC SUBJECTS. THIS PART OF THE ROLE WILL BE FURTHER DETAILED IN RELATION TO THE SKILLS AND AMBITIOUS OF THE CANDIDATE.

FUNCTION DESCRITPION:

- Consolidate business requests
- Analyze business requests and propose solutions
- Implement business requirements by parameterization or development (.NET)
- Description of test-scenarios, test cases and procedure
- Participation and coordination of user acceptance with users
- Coordinate with our HOSTER (DTS) and our SUPPLIER (CRD) the relationship to guarantee the operational continuity and the project realisation
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to write down the results of the analysis in a structured way and to parameterize software packages or design programs.
- Experience in the Asset Management world, more specific trading processes and compliance server systems is an asset.
- Medium development experience ( C# or C++ or JAVA/Perl/XML Messages)
- Good experience (Oracle - SQL)
- Knowledge of packages such as Charles River OMS/CS, Latent Zero (Sentinel) or another Compliance Server package is a plus.
- Team player
- Good knowledge of Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
- Interests in the financial domain
- Based in Brussels, missions in Paris ( +/-1d per month maximum )
- Languages: English and French, Dutch is a strong plus.

11 month contract with visibility for an extension for full 2015 starting at the latest on 03/02/2014.
