ALM Business Analyst

I am looking for an Asset Liability Management/ALM Business Analyst (BA), with a Finance and Econometrics background.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to develop and grow within an expanding team and establish yourself as a key figure within the company. For this role, a background in Econometrics, QRM and SQL would be a bonus.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial Asset & Liability Management (ALM) professional who can keep oversight of complex processes and be highly analytical in a constantly changing environment. Someone who is a quick learning team-player who can be responsible for the incorporation of system improvements and change management. Someone who can take the lead in an Agile-way-of-working and pro-actively contact a wide array of stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum of 2 years' experience with ALM, Matched Funding, Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk Management
- Master degree with economical or technical specialization
- Experience with QRM and SQL is preferred
- Proficient user of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Dutch would be a bonus.
- Experience with implementing/running (risk) systems
- Ability to translate requirements of business partners into business configuration
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working is preferred
- Team player
- Analytical mind-set
