ASSET/FUND FINANCE DESIGN LEAD - BRISTOL - UP TO 1000PD

My client, a Leading Financial Services Company, is recruiting for a Asset/Fund Finance Design Lead to join their Life, Pensions and Investment team based in Bristol on a rolling contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Knowledge of Assets and Funds systems within Insurance Finance

Build, configuration and/or maintenance of rules engine tools

Research various topics and look to present finding in a clear and logical way using written and visual techniques.

Detailed analysis of as-is to to-be positions for Insurance Finance systems: in terms of systems, processes, data, reporting and people capabilities.

Identifying the gap (between as-is and to-be) and understanding the scenarios and options available to move the current capability forward.

Structure and communicate design options to senior stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:

Asset/Fund management experience

Ideally experience of Life Assurance accounting o Working with Finance and ideally within a Finance department.

Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the business.

Proven track record of driving and delivering change in a Finance environment

COMPETENCIES:

Excellent Analytical & Process re-engineering skills

Excellent understanding of Finance systems and process

Ability to elicit underlying drivers of change

Creative thinking around solutions and designs
