Asset Data Team Leader- 6 Month FTC

Are you currently a Team Leader who enjoy motivating and developing your teams skills and performance? If you are and would like to join a FTSE 100 organisation, we have an excellent opportunity within our Asset Data team.

About the role

You will lead an Asset Data team, ensuring the corporate asset register reflects Severn Trent Water assets on-site. The focus of the role is people management within a service orientated environment. You will also ensure compliance, monitor end-to-end performance metrics, stakeholder management and process improvement.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

About you

You will have proven experience of managing and leading a team carrying out regular performance reviews. A background with data management or asset management will be required. Experience within the utilities industry is highly desirable but not essential.

This role will need you to have excellent planning and prioritisation skills as workload and resources often change. A positive attitude to change and the ability to manage through this is also required.
