Our client is an international working company in the medical environment. They are seeking for a IT Asset and License Expert (m/f) for their location Stuttgart
IT Asset and License Expert (m/f)
Location:
Stuttgart
Type of contract:
Unlimited permanent position / full-time position
Your key tasks:
You are working as main contact person for all required information regarding software license status
You communicate to the internal worldwide stakeholders
You are responsible to optimize licensing situation throughout the company worldwide, conduct license pooling, identify and evaluate saving opportunities and centralize licenses where appropriate
You have to ensure that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed in advance of their expiration
You have to monitor and report on overall license status, cost comparisons and compliance with software contracts
You have to maintain & manage asset management tools
You have to develop reports to address management requirements
You have to plan and coordinate software compliance audits and maintenance reviews with Business Unit Management
Your profile:
You have already worked with IT in license models, license management, compliance and IT asset management
You have good experience with a license management tool and in software vendor audits
You have relevant IT qualifications (ITIL)
You have experience in managing multiple priorities/projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools
You play an important part in Introducing new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity
You have the ability to work independently and communicate to senior executive across the company
You have excellent MS Office Skills
You are fluent in the English language
