Do you have experience of facilitating and assisting in the smooth running of assessment centres? If so, we may have the right job opportunity for you!

Our client is one of the UK's largest media companies and is looking for a number of assessors to help facilitate assessment centres in the Osterley area. In order for our client to maintain their success they need to hire the customer service focussed staff in the UK. This role would allow you to play your part in ensuring that only the highest calibre of staff represent this company.

As an Assessor, you will be responsible for facilitating and assisting the smooth running of assessment centres that are designed to ensure that the company is getting the staff that matches its values and culture.

You must have previous assessment centre experience, ideally recruiting customer service orientated staff. This could be either having led them or assisted in the running of them. In addition, experience of various assessment centre exercises such as role-plays and group exercises is essential.
