Essential skills:
- Experience of preparing reports for use in formal processes, such as HR or legal processes.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Experience within the health sector.
- Strong written communication skills and experience of/ability to draft and edit reports or other complex, formal documents effectively to ensure they are presented clearly and professionally.
- Ability to analyse and understand complex issues, with excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Highly organised with an ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- An ability to work effectively in a team, supporting and encouraging other team members.
- Strong oral communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, diplomacy and empathy.
- An understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity at work.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality at work.
