My cleint, a global financial services institution, requires a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join their Global team. The correct candidate should have the below experiences and can demonstrate these in their CV's. Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role): Supports the Senior Talent and Resourcing Team Manager in implementing and owning valid, fair, reliable and predictive assessment and selection processes and tools within HBEU and all otherUKbased entities. In addition, promoting the benefits and providing advice and guidance relating to standardised assessment, both within theUKand globally. The Talent and Resourcing Specialist ensure the integrity of assessment solutions in terms of best practice and treating customers fairly and apply innovative techniques to meet business needs in a cost effective and efficient way. The role holder will build strong relationships with the business and manage projects which deliver assessment solutions ensuring candidates and existing employees are attracted, appointed and retained with skills, competencies and behavioural strengths appropriate to the needs of the business. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role - not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.): Qualifications: Masters level qualifications. MSc Occupational Psychology or equivalent Level A Certificate in Occupational Testing Level B Certificate in Occupational testing Project Management Knowledge: Theory and practice of assessment & selection, together with knowledge of theory underpinning organizational effectiveness Specialist knowledge in implementing assessment solutions in a large, global organization, both offline and online, including knowledge of validity theory, reliability, adverse impact, products, best-in market approaches Knowledge of key issues when implementing psychometrics globally Experience: Strong project management skills Strong background in psychometrics and assessment Proven ability in data collection and analysis and the presentation of such data to build a business case for change Proven experience of survey implementation and resultant action planning across employee lifecycle Experience of negotiating, influencing and advising senior colleagues in (the) business on the benefits and cost effectiveness of implementing standardised assessment process Policy review in assessment & selection Experience of measuring outcomes of assessment processes and of implementing quality assurance process Budget management Quality assurance To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
