We have a requirement for a locum band 5/6 Occupational Therapist for an ongoing job opportunity working in Assertive Outreach Team based in Cornwall. The role will entail ward work and some follow up work in community for discharge transition. You will have experience in In-patient rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, post surgery, general medical, multipathology, secondary dementia- transferred from acute for rehab and discharge planning.
