Assembly Technician I

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN I to join our client in Billerica, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reads work procedures and schematics, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Perform basic manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Accurately record and maintain specified data and related documentation.
- Work cooperatively with team members, engineers, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with all environmental health and safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma.
- Five+ (5) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the use of hand and electric tools.
- Ability to solder components.
- Experience with electrical board assembly.
- Proficiency with basic electrical instrumentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with leadership and co-workers.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Oracle (preferred).
- Patience and the ability to communicate while adapting to diverse group activity.
