Assembly Operative & Ariane Coil Winder

RocSearch's client based in Dorset looking for a Coil winder and Assembler to join a world leader in the manufacturing industry.

This role has the responsibility to undertake work in various areas such as but not limited to; Ariane coil winding, single piece assembly, standard coil winding, finishing. Other areas that maybe supported by this role would include Stores & Packing.

Main Duties.

-Ariane Coil Winding, undertaking required training and qualification.
-Single piece assembly to defined procedures and story boards. This could be part of flow line practices or sub-assemblies for other products eg (Class B or C).
-Coil Winding typically flow line type products but could include other products eg (Class B or C).
-Potting typically flow line type products but could include other products eg (Class B or C).
-Finishing of products ready for inspection/packing to include labelling, cleaning etc.
-Spares kits, packing identification etc.
-Cleaning of components and assemblies.
-Basic testing eg resistance checking of coils, pre-test of sub-assemblies to defined procedures and story boards.
-Packing of valves & components in accordance with procedures incorporating any documentation required
-Assemble crates for packing when required
-Kit picking of sparesprocedures, story boards etc.
- Good levels of manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination.
- Good data recording abilities.
- Complete training and qualifications.
