Assembly Maintenance Technician

Yoh has contract opportunities for ASSEMBLY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to join our client in Morganton, North Carolina.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- Positions are on either 2nd or 3rd shift (all training will be conducted on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks)
- Weekend work is required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure manufacturing equipment is producing product in accordance to approved standards
- Maintain all production and support equipment to assure high efficiency and zero defects

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- AAS Degree or completion of DOL apprenticeship program preferred
- Minimum three to five (3-5) years related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Ability to read blueprint/schematics and electrical/mechanical drawings
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
