Assembler III

Job Duties
In compliance with standards and regulations and using a variety of hand, power and/or pneumatic tools, performs a variety of production work primarily of high complexity. This may include high-level mechanical and/or electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or other miscellaneous tasks.
Accurately and neatly completes related paperwork.
Meets or exceeds productivity levels.
Sets up and maintains well-organized Workstation so that work is performed in organized, sequential and timely manner.
Receive parts from inventory, identify improper material, report problems to management, request replacement parts.
Assumes new tasks with minimal training.
Able and willing to complete all tasks on production floor at expected quality and productivity level.
May provide guidance/training on new tasks/procedures/tools to other employees.
Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies, eg, resistance, ground, hi-pot failures, etc.
Ability to understand drawings, ops sheets, and build sheets.
Ability and willingness to complete any assignment at expected quality and productivity levels with minimal training.
