ASSISTANT FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER - GLASGOW - 3 MTH - £160-190PD

Our GLASGOW based client has a fantastic opportunity for an ASSISTANT FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER to work with an existing team for a 3 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Manage Bank Account, financial records, customer accounts, aged debts and all reconciliations required to account for types of applications made.
- To provide the other Finance staff with the required financial information for monthly management reports and year-end accounts and any other ad-hoc requests for financial information required by Business Analysts.
- To oversee the day to day running of the Front End finance team.
- To coach and develop team members to ensure required skill levels are achieved.
- To ensure all processing functions are run to maximise efficiency of workflow.
- To ensure staff manage external and internal calls/enquiries professionally.
- To identify and deliver training needs of the team.
- To ensure team members understand the level of quality and quantity required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Experience of reconciling bank and Management Information
- Experience of using an Oracle 12 Financials System
- Experience of leading a Finance Team
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Software including word and excel.
- The ability to manage and deliver operational targets and objectives.
- The ability to accept, embrace and promote change in a demanding, high volume environment.
