Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ASPECT DEVELOPER to join a fast growing financial client where the position can be based in Charlotte, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be responsible for day-to-day administration, call flow development, operation, and support of the call center infrastructure (currently an Aspect ACD) and assist with the integration to the new VoIP contact center. The candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with call routing functions, reporting, and deploying system software and hardware.
- Ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the enterprise call center infrastructure that supports the core functions within the corporate call center environment.
- Take business requirements and develop call flows, applications, and reporting.
- Work with technical staff to understand problems with the software and resolve them.
- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefits of the installed systems.
- Provide Tier II and III support and resolution of issues with prevention plans related to Contact Center, ACD, Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring, Reporting Systems and other Services.
- Perform system monitoring, daily checks, corrective action, system refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, application modifications, and complete documentation following all changes to the environment.
- Be a SME for Aspect call center software including advanced administration, networking, trucking, call venturing/applications, and Automatic Call Distribution. Enterprise Toll-Free transport, call routing, and management services. Enterprise Contact Center Real Time and Historical Reporting

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Avaya/Aspect/Cisco certifications, or equivalent experience with a prior role.
- Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in call center routing and programming functions.
- Experience in a complex, Enterprise Contact Center multi-site environment containing large-scale, multi-platform applications.
- Must have the strength and mobility needed to lift and rack network/telecommunications equipment up to 30 pounds.
