ASP.NET Developer - C#, VB.NET

Key skills and experience:

* Significant experience in ASP.Net, VB.Net, C# Significant experience in implementing web services
* experience in standard web technologies, including - CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, XQuery and XPath
* demonstrable experience in the design and build of complex .net solutions, gained in a formal development environment
* experience of at least one SOA-based development project which has been successfully implemented into production
* a proven track-record on software delivery
* the ability to work in small to medium-sized teams in a dynamic and sometimes rapidly-changing environment
* knowledge of, and exposure to the principles of Object-orientated development
* the ability to communicate well, with management and end-users, as well as other developers
* the ability to provide on-the-job coaching and knowledge transfer to more junior developers
* experience of working with structured methods, both of the traditional waterfall variety, and also more agile development methods
* understanding of the principles, the need for and the effective operation of source code control and configuration management

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, used to working in medium sized teams in a dynamic work environment.
