ASP Manager

An ASP Manager/Technical Lead is required on contract for a Managed Service Telecoms Vendor in Dublin, Ireland. The role of ASP Technical Lead is operational performance measurement of all Service Providers (ASP/SP). The main duties are to drive service delivery performance and operational excellence of third party service suppliers by measuring all deliverable and service level agreements according to the performance Framework, reporting these measurements on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

THE MAIN DUTIES ARE

- Define the performance criteria for all ASP deliverables including Operational performance, Delivery Precision, Quality and Health & Safety compliance.
- Measure and report on all ASP internally to all project and programmes and to senior Ericsson management.
- Effective governance of the ASP performance by conducting regular monthly review meetings with the ASP with representatives from Ericsson Local Service Organisation teams (Programme Managers, ASP Manager and Local sourcing team)
- Root cause Analysis of all ASP under-performance and define action plans with the ASP for continuous improvement
- Participate in the ASP selection process with Local Service Organisation (LSO) and sourcing teams.

THE CANDIDATES MUST HAVE

- Knowledge of Ericsson network rollout delivery processes
- Knowledge of NRO business environment and experience including budgeting, presales and business development
- Experience of managing third party relationships in telecoms environment in a multi-vendor environment
- Experience of working with network operators and or service providers
