ASP .Net, SQL Server Developer

We are a company based in west London, we are looking a talented .Net, ASP, SQL Server developer someone with a minimum of 3-4 years experience building and managing internet applications based on Microsoft technologies, plus an IT related degree.
We are a small team, but expanding as we getting new projects, the ideal person must be proactive, able to work on their own, able to take a project from the beginning to the end (good understanding of the software life cycle), and also have clear ideas to help us taking decisions and give support to others in the team.

Required skills:
*ASP.NET skills - Minimum version, 3.5 although 4 would be advantageous. Primarily C# knowledge. OO within N-Tier architecture
*MVC 4 and Web-Mobile would be advantageous, but not essential, we are looking for someone mainly with web forms experience.
*SQL Server skills - version, 2008. Ability to design, implement and manage databases in SQL Server. Excellent T-SQL skills i.e. the ability to write efficient stored procedures and handle large datasets.
*CSS/HTML - A good working knowledge and understanding of CSS and XHTML from a design implementation point of view i.e. the ability to replicate modern-accessible designs as provided by the design team using ASP.NET controls.
*Good working knowledge of JavaScript and Jquery, Jquery-mobile would be advantageous.
*Other skills - Must have an active interest in the Internet and web development. Must be security conscious when developing i.e. be aware-have knowledge of modern hacking techniques and how to prevent them. Ability to work affectively under pressure in an often busy environment. High level of initiative and ability to produce high quality work from technical briefs.

Date to date duties:
*give maintenance to existing web sites. (Write new functionality as required)
*create new web sites, modules, or tools as required.
*give support to others in the team (design, testing, coding, etc)
