JOB TITLE: ASIC DESIGNER
LOCATION: LEUVEN, BELGIUM
JOB TYPE CONTRACT
SALARY/WAGE: COMPETITIVE
THE COMPANY
A leading semiconductor company
THE ROLE
-
Starting in November there to be 4 weeks of Front End coding
-
Following a detailed specification followed by Digital Place and Route for 6 to 8 weeks.

Work would be done on site here in Leuven.
-
There will be a 2 week (unpaid) break over Christmas; this is not included in the 10-12 weeks estimated work.
THE INDIVIDUAL
-
We are looking for a digital Front End + Back End engineer.
-
For Front End work we would like to see proficiency in Verilog HDL.
-
For Back End it will be Cadence Encounter tools.
-
Experience in Spyglass, Voltus, Tempus, and Conformal LEC would be a huge bonus
-
These are tools used by the customer in addition to Cadence Encounter.
