For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

ASI ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

to define and roadmap technology architecture for consistent deployment with the organization ensuring optimized use of technologies in alignment with the functional as well as technical strategies to maximize value of IT by provide input to the solutions strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Develop the architecture and roadmap that consider technical innovation, business/solution strategy, risks, and affordability within the area of responsibility.
- Align Architecture and roadmap with the overall strategy, business solution teams, operations and suppliers
- Contribute to landscape evolution calendar that supports business Strategy incorporating all major initiatives and clearing conflicts (3 years outlook)
- Establish and manage Solutions Architect network within the area of responsibility
- Govern and coordinate the work of various technical teams (including vendors) to deliver architecture design for key initiatives, ensuring end to end integration of various technologies and applications while respecting our client's IT standards and compliance requirements.

PERFORMANCE: set clear performance expectations, in alignment with the company's business objectives, aiming at adding value for consumers, customers and shareholders. Hold quality performance discussions. Provide commentary on these discussions in the PE, within published timeframes.

COACHING: Request and receive regular feedback to ensure coaching is effective.

DEVELOPMENT: Request quality discussions. Provide comments on these discussions in the PDG, within published timeframes. Ensure effective 70 development plans are aligned to objectives and agreed career aspiration captured within the PDG form - including required training in Project Management, Leadership and Expertise.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF ISIT TRENDS IN THE MARKET AND HOW THEY RELATE TO BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of strategy by function (in particular for application strategy enablement)
- DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF SAP LANDSCAPE & INFRASTRUCTURE
- Deep Project Management skills and Service Orientation
- Ability to link business needs to applications and technologies
- ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE, MANAGE EXPECTATIONS, IDENTIFY TRADEOFFS WITH STAKEHOLDERS
- ABILITY TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN AN INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF SOLUTION ARCHITECTS
- IS-IT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN A LARGE/MULTINATIONAL ENTERPRISE
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience and ability to produce and sell a business case, and provide key input to Development Plan and roadmaps

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF JULY 2015 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.
