Aseptic Project Manager

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires an Aseptic Project Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

Length: 6 months
Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

Mission located within one (sometimes two, depending the workload) unit either in Rixensart or in Wavre. Depending the MPU, the mission can slightly change but is always focussed
on achieving aseptic process & environmental monitoring improvementaccording to the quality improvement plan defined in each unit.

Four main subjects are part of this quality plan:

- Environmental monitoring
- Media-simulation
- Aseptic practices (including grade A continuity, segregation)

It includes daily contact with production, quality assurance and possibly validation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are included in the detailed mission:

In collaboration with the unit:

* Define detailed projects plan
* Lead regular planning review using Visual Tools
* Highlights issues/delays and propose actions
* Coordinate projects activities

PREREQUISITES:

Education:

* University degree: scientific master level

Knowledge: 

* Professional experience:
1 to 5 years of experience in projectmanagement and pharmaceutical environment

* French and English written and spoken
* Knowledge of classical IT tools and project management tools
* Analytical mind, good partnership, communication & influencing skills, sense of urgency, good organisation, flexibility and accountability, executive capabilities and in specific cases leadership to manage field project teams.
