Asbestos Officer - Aberdeen - 12 Weeks

ASBESTOS OFFICER - ABERDEEN - 12 WEEKS

We have a 12 week contract for an Asbestos Officer based Aberdeen. You will be required to assist in the administration and management of asbestos survey programme and risk register, ensuring all reports are up to date and that the current reports are in accordance with the Asbestos Regulations 2006 and HSG264.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS - - Sound knowledge of the Control of asbestos Regulations 2006
- Experience in Health & Safety issues/legislation
- Current full drivers license
- Ability to manage contracts including working to budgets
- Excellent communications skills
- Computer literate

DESIRABLE SKILLS - - Knowledge of asbestos management software packages
- Experience of carrying out asbestos surveys within a wide range of property types
- Ability to update CAD drawings to indicate areas where asbestos material has been located
- BOHS proficiency module P405 management of asbestos in buildings
