JOB TITLE: AS400 ADMINISTRATOR- L2
JOB LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
THE RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
As an Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
Ensure proper communication and quick resolution.
Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his/her tower Follow quality/security process defined for the engagement.
Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination.
Work on the service improvement programs
Key skills required for the job are: AS400 Admin and IBM System360 Operating System As400.
