- Analytical Skills: Superior problem solving, decision making and planning skills as appropriate. Has been involved in method development or validation activities
- Safety/Environmental/cGMP: Provides pragmatic solutions to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Flexibility: Ability to work under time pressure
