POSITION: AS 400 SYSTEM SPECIALIST
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Geneva, Switzerland
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and maintain infrastructures for all customers in EMEA and Asia, and work with vendors to resolve complex hardware/software issues.
- Take internal escalations.
- Mentoring and working as part of a close knit team.
- Demonstrate leadership in attitude and demeanor.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with internal customers to effectively resolve them
- Produce effective analysis on solutions.
- Be involved in pre-implementation and support of new applications.
- Works infrastructure tasks and tickets.
- Plans, implements, and supports infrastructure in GVA Data Centers including out-of-hours on-call support.
- Works closely with DBA and Operate teams
- Work with the Global counter-parts to create, implement and maintain best practices
- Execute regularly required maintenances for patches and upgrades, etc
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- All maintenances successfully planned and executed with no unexpected risks.
- Ability to provide efficient support alone rapidly.
- Contribution to deployment of new architecture.
- Weekly team meetings.
- Meeting set objectives.
