The Engineers are required to carry out on-site architecture and design support duties at the client premises in Canberra with the intent to work closely with the client's Defence Engagement Business Unit Engineering and Design team to leverage and maximize the performance and productivity of the clients Wireless and Authentication infrastructure.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES TO BE UNDERTAKEN BY THE ARUBA ENGINEERS:

- Perform Solution Design analysis
- Provide Network and configuration analysis
- Assist in the testing of the Supplier's product features and functionality (H/A & S/W)
- Oversee, monitor and track reported bugs, inconsistencies between product sets and hardware RMA's required
- Provide technical and product training to staff
- Provide ongoing network design review and validation to current and original designs
- Provide deployment guidance to ensure that implementation is consistent with design specifications
- Become an integral and virtual team member of client's engineering and operation groups
- Provide weekly updates on progress of works, issues and technical alerts concerning the Supplier's equipment deployed in the client's networks
- The Engineers will consult on future initiatives where the Supplier equipment is deployed or planned to be deployed
- The Engineers will work on all of the client's current and future networks where the Supplier equipment is deployed
- Be a technical liaison between the Supplier and the Client
