IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work closely with Regulatory, Artwork and the Sites on Implementation timelines for the different brands and markets
-Being single point of contract at the HUB for the Brexit Regulatory team and build up strong relationship with them
-Co-ordinate Implementation of the artwork changes with the different HUB functions such as Planning, Data Management, Demand Management; and SC Fulfilment Team
-Communicate on regular basis Implementation plan and timelines of the various brands/markets to the different HUB functions Co-ordinate Implementation of the artwork changes with the different HUB functions
-Highlight Implementation Risk for identified items and work with the involved stakeholders (Regulatory, Artwork, Sites, Planning) on mitigation steps (safety stock, new timelines, etc.)
-Link Brexit project with on-going projects such as Serialization, PSO, Launches and make impact visible to the cross-functional team, furthermore adjust implementation list accordingly
-Maintain Milestone tracking (RA-approval, artwork-submission, artwork approval, etc) and provide regular up-date to the cross-functional team
-Trace implementation progress and in case of obstacle make them visible
-Attend regular project calls and meetings

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid experience in a similar role in Artwork, Regulatory or Supply Chain preferable in the Pharmaceutical Industry
-End to end view of Regulatory, Artwork and Supply Chain process
-Good analytical and communication skills (pro-actively communication)
-Good co-ordination skills
-Accurate, detailed
-Capable of seeing cause-effect (connect the dots, think “end to end”)
-Good MS Office experience with strong Excel skills, preferable familiar with SAP system
-Able to work independently
