Projektbeschreibung

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Individual will provide support essential to the deliverables with responsibilities and activities associated but not limited to the areas of financial spend tracking, asset management record analysis, artwork administration and general support activities related to compliance.

FINANCIAL SPEND TRACKING
Partners with management, Vendor Coordinator team and cost center owner to facilitate current year purchase order close out process
Works closely with management, Vendor Coordinator team and cost center owner to coordinate year beginning activities associated with purchase order creation (Documenting statement of work, compile service quotes from vendor, obtain management approval, etc.)
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of action items to closure

ASSET MANAGEMENT RECORD ANALYSIS
Works closely with Business Planning Coordinator, Admin and Asset Management team in executing the asset exception report process. Activities include identification of exceptions based upon established criteria for the asset record, notification of variance, coordinate appropriate action for resolution and monitor corrective action to closure.
Artwork Administration (site level)
Responsible for reconciliation of artwork inventory
Accountable for maintaining catalog of artwork
Responsible for preparing shipment of artwork for auction
Works closely with management and curator in administering all aspects of site artwork program
Responsible for Art Collection SharePoint area design and update. Activities include creation of new items, update status/location of items, tracking of supporting documentation, creation of signage using established template, etc.
Serves as subject matter expert pertaining to site artwork program

COMPLIANCE & AUDIT
Provide broad scope support as needed to assignments associated with company objectives.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Art, in Art History preferred
Broad range skill set within project management preferred
